The Customer Service Representative will listen to customer concerns, answer customer questions and provide information about the company's products, services, pricing and support, while closing sales.

Responsibilities:
Sell product line; maximize gross profit percentage on each order Create sales orders Manage inbound phone calls from web generated requests; provide pricing and delivery information Respond to customer inquiries and concerns; provide knowledge of product line and applications Research and source materials with specifications from manufacturers and vendors; negotiate pricing to facilitate sales Assist walk-in customers when necessary or directed Process fabricated jobs through Work in Progress when required Collaborate with purchasing team to procure materials for order fulfillment Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) Proficiency in standard office and database programs/equipment Knowledge of ERP systems Education and
Experience:
