The front desk reports directly to the Practice Manager as well as the General Manager and Owner of the business.
Our receptionists are a client's first point of contact for all services offered, and are accountable for meeting established customer service standards for both internal and external customers.
Front Desk Receptionists are responsible for portraying a friendly and professional image of Creature Comforts Pet Resort to all clients.
Job Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
Greet and Check In clients/pets Provide outstanding guest service to both pets and their parents Replying to all emails same day Answering the telephone with in 3 rings Organize/maintain desk flow Computer Proficiency.
Ability to properly cash out and bill clients, as well as scheduling services for pets/clients Make sure All paperwork is up to date for clients/pets (Vaccines, Service Agreements etc) Maintaining records and filing/organizing client charts Must be willing and able to assist in walking and cleaning up after pets as needed Job Types:
Full-time or Part-time Must be Available to work Weekends and Holidays.
Successful candidate will have the following (minimum) qualification:
Education:
Min of 2 year degree in Business /Accounting or Zoological/Animal Science
Experience:
Min 1 year in a receptionist position (Dr Office, Vet Office, or other similar positions).
Pet care facility experience is highly preferred, but not required.
Must be computer proficient.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
